CAST Testing & Engineering Sdn Bhd provides four related industrial services from our base in the Kidurong Industrial Area, Bintulu, Sarawak. Clients use them individually or together — for example heat treatment followed by inspection, or equipment supplied alongside qualified technicians.
We have carried out independent testing and quality work since 2014, supporting the construction, oil and gas, power plant, fabrication, marine and shipyard industries.
Non-Destructive Testing
Assess material characteristics without affecting structural integrity, so defects are identified in the early phases. We perform ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, positive material identification, radiographic and hardness testing, on site and at our facility.

Heat Treatment
Controlled heating and cooling of metals to alter their mechanical properties, applied to specific industrial requirements in the oil and gas fabrication and shipyard industries. Because we also perform NDT in house, post-treatment verification can be handled as one scope.
